I bought this cable to connect my Samsung T7 Shield to my Macbook Air M2. It does the job brilliantly - it is one of the few cables that properly "click" into place on each end (I believe I have a slightly faulty T7 - six other types of USB-C cables really don't fit into it, and are far too loose). It transfers data at the stated rate, charges my phone and laptop super quickly as advertised and it just... the quality is palpable. So go for it! And for anyone reading this who has a T7 Shield - for me, it's as close to perfection as I have gotten!

I installed games on my M2 SSD external hard drive and connected it to my laptop using this cable. It gave me good performance. I did not find any noticeable lag or latency. I even verified the read write speeds and they were very very good. Overall a very good product.

The cable has a good length to it and it works fine with the 2021 MacBook Pro.

THICC, this cable comes in at 5mm thick, substantial. but wire coating can fake thickness. This has Stain relief for days. Very nice feeling cable, soft, and pliable, but sturdy and well constructed. comes with a cable wrap built in.Very satisfying click into the USBC port too, no movement or wiggle.Works fantastically with my ACASIS USB 4 NVME drive and my WavLink TB3 drive. See performance bench marks from my M1 Pro with these 2, well over 2000Mbps read. These aren't 40gbps NVME drives so they won't top out the USB 4 cable / TB4 spec but its not a bottleneck for sure.

This cable is overkill for my needs and even for my devices; I just wanted one cable that will work for whatever I throw at it. The cable is 31.5" in length and a little thicker than a typical cable. It feels like quality and had a no-slip feeling to it. I just used it connect my Samsung s21 to my Lenova Yogi and I very quickly moved some files around and did a long overdue cleaning in no time. I just need to remember to hide it from my son.

The CableCreation USB 4 Cable for TB 4/3 2.6foot 40Gbps 100W charging cable rocks the larger USB-C power bricks, no trouble powering my 45w and 65w laptops. I got my Pixel 6 Pro down to 20% and charged to 60% in 20 minutes!! It registered up to 4620 mA!! (See ampere screenshot). Incredible. There are 100w cables we've taken a look at that are lower priced, but not TB 4 certified. And it's sad but true: not all USB-C are alike, in fact there are so many splinters and versions you really have to triple check and test/validate before tossing out the package. This cable moves data fast, my HDD was the limit in speed on a windows 10 laptop with USB-C 3.2 Gen2 port. Pass.It has a thick rubber shielding cable and a nice Velcro strap. If you don't prefer braided style this is your guy.I also hooked it up to my external/travel panel (Fire Legend from Aopen) which needs power and video feed from same USB-C port (used my laptop). Not many cables can do it, but the CableCreation passed! It's a keeper. Now just need longer versions!

Headline says it all. Purchased this assuming that as a 40 Gbps cable stated to be capable of driving 2 4K monitors that I could use it between my powerbook and my CalDigit TB3 plus dock. One monitor will turn on, the other one won't; this is the same behavior I get if I use a 20Gbps cable. Use the original CalDigit T3 cable between the laptop and dock and I both 4K monitors come to life. This is a little longer than the original cable and I wanted that length, but (ironically) it comes up "short" of meeting my needs despite being the perfect length. The cable has a nice build quality to it; its a little thicker in diameter than the CalDigit cable, and it fit nice and snug in the ports I plugged it into. Probably works fine as a usb C cable, but for me, at least, it doesn't live up to its billing.
