This product is almost accurately described… I’ll get to that in a minute. This is copper clad aluminum, that is stated in the description. It has a nice external jacket and will work just fine for all but the most discriminating jobs. They refer to using it for low voltage lighting and I do think it would be great for that. So, what I don’t like and where description is off is that it says this wire is flexible and it is no where close to be considered flexible. It does bend easy enough but it’s more like bending a solid core wire, not stranded (which this is). Maybe it’s the copper clad aluminum that makes it stiffer. If your project doesn’t need a soft flexible wire, this will work fine. If soft flexibility is needed (car audio install for instance) this is probably not the product for you. A decent spool of wire for a fair price either way.
