They work sorta they help if i’m Wearing a bra that’s to thin and I get cold ( you catch my meaning )But for me they don’t hold anything up a kinds make my girls look oddly shaped, but this may be as I could have bought them to small they are palm size but I’m a c cup running close to D I bought a set of cakes so I’ll try them and see if they can hold the girls up 🙏🏻
