This powerful yet easy-to-use calculator enables estimators to bid jobs profitably and for project managers to order the correct amount of materials so a job is completed without shortages or excessive overages. In the field, foremen can layout jobs with confidence knowing square-ups and drops are per plan. Being able to calculate area, volume and weight per volume are just the beginning. Being able to enter the cost per unit and then quickly solve unit costs and total pricing help you keep projects in budget.
Building materials and techniques have changed over the years but geometry and the need to work quickly and accurately with dimensions is as important and as difficult as ever.
Put the ConcreteCalc Pro on your next project and you’ll be glad you did.

I'm a pool contractor for over 40 years. I bought this calculator solely to calculate amount of rebar needed for a pool. Big time saver! Don't forget to add lap splice lengths to total area.Mine came with the upgraded Armadillo case. Only negative on this is if you want to store the reference guide, you must take the calculator out of the case. No big deal.I've used the Construction Master 5 calculator for years now to calculate diagonal measurements on square or rectangle pools. No need to use Pythagorean theorem!I highly recommend both of these models.

I use this product to calculate the amount of concrete block it was going to take for a large Housing Authority project. 58,000 block. Of course that's seven or eight different type of block and I was able to calculate them precisely in no time. That is my favorite feature is the capability of figuring the amount of concrete block and the amount of brick I may need her project.

Can't stand being without it. To be honest, I don't use many of the preprogrammed formulas but if you're not so good at math this is a must have. The one thing I can't do without is the ability to enter feet and inches. That is priceless, results in more accurate calculations. The square up and volume functions save yiu loads of time too and the stair function is very handy when yiu know your total rise and want to figure out how many steps you need to form up with a given tread width or you can designate a total run and have it figure your tread widths. There are a lot more functions I'm sure are useful that I just haven't gotten to yet.

This is my second Calculated Industries calculator but my first Concrete calc. Because I used my first Construction Master for so long and it did not have trade-specific features like figuring rebar, I tend to use my old workarounds out of force of habit. But, someone younger in the concrete business would use those often. The major upgrade for me is the Armadillo case which was included on my model. IT allows the calculator to take a lot of abuse. If you are ordering concrete or concrete materials everyday for flat slabs, you probably do most of the math in your head. But, if you pour a variety of shapes or depths, battered walls, or need to do a lot of dimensional work in feet and inches this is worth every penny. This tool really earns its keep squaring rectangles and figuring stairs. It is one of my favorite tools.
