The game don't work and the controller don't work at all it won't work the cord works but it won't hook up and work to the controller to program it to the PlayStation console and all other words it sucks

I ordered the ps4 pro modern warfare bundle which comes with the ps4 pro , the blue ray disc, a dual shock wireless controller, mono headset, hdmi cable , ac power cord, usb cable & printed materials , so tell me why I received the package damaged ripped open & on top of that all the items I got in it were the ps4 & the blue ray disc game? I don’t appreciate being ripped I didn’t pay over $600 for no reason so I want answers

I brought this via Amazon Warehouse and the only defect was the box had been opened but saved me £50 against "new".With regards the PS4 pro; I have had a standard PS4 since release and the main reason for upgrading to the pro was HDD capacity but playing this on a UHD TV the improvement was huge, well worth buying but....with the PS5 coming out this year I would recommend waiting. If nothing else the PS4 price will probably plummet.

Great delivery time. Great console. Great game. I can definitely see a difference in picture quality between my old original PS4 and this one.The only downside is that it doesn't play 4K blue Ray movies.

Came next day, but unfortunately the game would not copy to the hard drive and came up with error code. After 6 hrs I gave in, phoned tech support, about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard. Started online help chat with John, who couldn’t have been more helpful. Arranged a quick refund and info for sending unit back. I actually received the refund before the payment went out of my account. Credit to amazon customer service !!!

Very pleased. Excellent console. Worth the upgrade from PS4. I bought an xBox One X a year or so ago and never really fell in love with it. The OS is clunky and messy, games didn’t update automatically properly despite spending hours trouble shooting. The control pad just feels too small; the left and right bumper buttons not well positioned. The PS4 controller is perfect. The OS slick and tidy. If you’re trying to choose between PS4 pro and xBox One X go for the former. This is of course just one persons opinion so I hope I don’t upset any xBox fanboys ;)The seller was excellent and delivered very quickly.
