After my initial review, the seller contacted me. They were amazing to work with. I received a replacement headset and couldn't be happier with it. It works perfectly with my office phone and no one can tell I'm not using the handset. I can now type client notes as I speak with them, making my life so much easier. Worked great while it worked! After a month of use the cushion piece on the earpiece came apart and the wires broke. I only got one months use out of it. Had to throw away now I need another headset!

Purchased in November 2018 and stopped working around December 2019. Don't buy this fore the long term. Also, callers complained that they cannot understand what I am saying. But when I pick up the handset they can hear me better. I have a Cisco IP Phone 7962 at the office.

I've been using this headset for the last 12 weeks (a couple of hours/day, 2-3 days per week) and it has performed flawlessly! Calls are clear, the volume is always loud, and I've never had any complaints from others not hearing my voice clearly. The performance is better than other more expensive units that I've used in the past. I am very happy with this headset and would recommend them to anyone.

Have had people calling say they can hear other people's conversations in the room but it is a really small room with several on the phones at one time so great if you are alone not so great if several speaking at one time and the piece that goes on top of your head gets hung in my hair and pulls when taking off. Company made it right with one that was better for my circumstance

This headset is great with my Cisco IP 7941 phone. I like to use it when I expect to be on the phone for a while or making several calls in a row. The sound is good on both the headset and the microphone. It comfortable and easy to adjust. My only complaint is that it doesn't shut off when I want to use the phone's handset, the call be heard on both the handset and the headset. Since it plugs into the bottom of the phone, it is not convenient to unplug when not in use.

I have to deal with internal clients on a regular basis and leaning my head one way or the other for hours isn't good for my neck. This is a God send for people who need to use their IP phone on a regular basis. (Make sure this works with your model of phone) The noise cancelling mic works great and the cord is just long enough to relax during a conversation and not worry about the length of the cord. I LOVE this headset. Did I mention the price is right too??? Enough said.

I bought these for my recruiters to use because the old headsets we had weren't working well with our VoIP phones. These work great. They were super easy to set up - literally just plug into the headphone jack on the phone - and we stopped getting the complaints from people on the other end. With the old headsets, there would be a lot of static and everyone could hear any bit of background noise, while not being able to hear us. That is definitely not the case with these headsets - they are clear, block background noise and work well consistently. Just make sure you are buying the right headsets for your phones - these won't work with every phone system.
