This product seems well built and great quality but it required modification to the steering sector splines as the oem sector of a 2009 ranger 500 efi has a keyhole in the spline and this unit does not have the keyhole and will not plug and play without removing two teeth off the new unit spline so the steering u joint with properly attach . For the price of this unit compared to the oem unit with the spline its a good value . Just wish i would have known this first before struggling with the install for hours of the steering sector .
