This thing is working great and the product is very high quality. I think it may be an upgrade from stock.

Part lasted less than two months, contacted Caltric and was told their warranty is only for two months. Not worth the money and I would not recommend this buyer or their parts for anyone wanting quality parts.

Item did NOT fit the bike. There is a bracket that mounts the the inner part of the stator which holds the wire down, the problem is that with that bracket attached, the stator does not fit into the housing. Simply removing the screw allows it to fit, but then there is a metal bracket moving around inside (because it's attached to the wire) This bracket could easily cause the stator to short out. The wire is also not even close to a useful length. I may make a video review later for this to show how bad it is.To make things even worse, I tried to contact Caltic to return the stator, but their customer service number simply plays hold music for about 10 seconds then tells you nobody is available to take the call and hangs up. I've called about 20 times over the course of 2 days and never gotten to speak to anyone. DONT BUY FROM CALTRIC! If you need a stator spend a little extra and get one from rickys or RMstator! Plus this stator is very cheaply made!

This item needs to have a new gasket when installing. I was not thinking of that and I noticed after that other suppliers either sold the gasket with it or at least offered it/reminded buyers that you need one.

Bike had charging issues, atleast that's all I thought. Narrowed it down to a stator issue and bought this one. Lo-and-behold, the bike runs better than ever! Thanks Caltric.
