i paid 60 bucks for the polaris t stat...then i bought this stat and gasket ..just for the gasket...polaris wanted 26 for a stinkin o ring...after inspection..the 2 stats are almost the same...but even if a little diff in looks.both started opening at 185 deg.. both where full open at 205....did this test in the kitchen...and yes it has the vent holes....
