INTAKE ROCKER ARM
THE ROCKER ARM IS THE PART RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSMITTING THE MOVEMENT OF THE CAMSHAFT TOWARDS THE INTAKE AND EXHAUST VALVES OF THE ENGINE, A PROCESS THAT OCCURS THROUGH THE DIRECT CONTACT OF THESE PARTS WITH THE TAPPETS AND ACCORDING TO THE MOVEMENT OF THE SHAFT.
EXHAUST ROCKER ARM
THE ROCKER ARM IS THE PART RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSMITTING THE MOVEMENT OF THE CAMSHAFT TOWARDS THE INTAKE AND EXHAUST VALVES OF THE ENGINE, A PROCESS THAT OCCURS THROUGH THE DIRECT CONTACT OF THESE PARTS WITH THE TAPPETS AND ACCORDING TO THE MOVEMENT OF THE SHAFT.

For the price of this kit the quality is bad and the machining is off. I completely removed old cam and rockers expecting to rebuild everything and after I had installed I realized that my rockers refused to rock??. After I removed and did my measurements with my vaneir calipers it was .075 oversized and I had to machine them to fit.

Came packaged very well. Each part had its wn compartment in the box to keep them from moving around.The parts fit well and corrected the issue I had with the four wheeler.Would buy again if needed.

Put the cam kit in today and hit a snag with the rocker arms. The combination of the three of them ended up having an interference fit between the mounting blocks and the rockers would not move. I ended up having to remove the new intake rockers and replace them with the original intake arms in order to have enough clearance for the rocker arms to move easily. The new rocker arms were right at .011" wider where they ride on the pivot rod. With the combination of the original intake and the new exhaust rockers I have .008 clearance. A bit more then I would like but it should be OK.I should probably have given only three stars but the rest of the kit is pretty good and complete.

Good quality, economical kit. All gaskets needed to change the camshaft are included. Nicely finished surfaces on the cam and rockers, expect a long life (assuming the hardness is better than the original Polaris cam). I did reuse the original lash adjusting screws, as the square head was difficult to adjust with e engine in the frame, tank in place.Gaskets are good quality, graphite coated, allowed a second valve adjust meant after several hours of running. No damage upon removing the valve cover. Didn’t take the head off, so the head gasket wasn’t used, it appears to be a high quality, multi layer steel gasket. Will keep it for the future, hoping it won’t ever be used!

Arrived quickly and were the correct fit. Seems to run great . Who knows how long they will last, but the price was great compared to the OEM parts.

The parts that arrived were new. Easy to install, everything fit as it should and the 4 wheeler is running great! I don't know about long term use of this product but since everything is visually correct and installation was easy I assume it will last a while!
