Before you take your car/truck into the shop for a front-end wheel alignment, install these adjusters on both the front and rear struts. The shop will tell you that they cannot adjust the camber of your wheels without first installing them. The shop will be happy to install them for you, for an additional charge.

This been a really important part that holds your wheels it's bad bad quality, after two times i remove them to work on my car the nut thread strip off on two of them , unacceptable and dangerous this product needs to be removed.
