Hello Cambridge,I wanted to thank you for making a quality product made of all wood with little sturofoam packaging. I really like when things are shipped in all cardboard and paper.The bench seamed to be made with quality products and the assembly was a breeze.I look forward to adding to my outdoor furniture set to match this bench!!!Highly recommend this product, wish the price was a bit more affordable.

Love this storage chest. We use it to store all of our pool floaties/toys. Very sturdy, love the “slow close” on it so little fingers can’t get smashed. One thing I was super impressed with was the installation instructions. They had a QR code on the box that took you to a video that very clearly and easily showed how to put it together. I’ve never seen that before and thought it was really cool and also made it very easy to put it together.

We are using this trunk as a coffee table and storage in one. It matches the rest of our teak furniture nicely. It has ample storage space, enough to store four furniture covers (grill, dining table, sofa, and this trunk) plus some gardening supplies. The assembly was easy. We applied two layers of teak protector to give it a slightly warmer tone.Note that the trunk lid has spaces between the slacks so it’s not waterproof.Took out one star because we had to get the first unit replaced because one of the parts was missing an embedded nut; the screw couldn’t go in. But we were able to get a replacement unit delivered with no problem.

This is a great wooden outdoor chest. It was super easy to assemble and took minimal effort. It looks great and would totally recommend it. The product showed up unharmed and packaged well. Overall this is a great backyard piece of furniture that is perfect for outdoor storage.

I loved this box so much I decided to buy a second for the pool area. I am probably going to buy the larger one when it becomes availableEasy to put together and sturdyGreat for our pool deck but could be placed most anywhere in workout room, toy room or garage. Out by the pool or other choice too.

I assembled this product exactly as per instructions. It appears to be of medium quality, but the top will not close completely (see photo), as the cylinders seem to be overcharged or not suited to the box. There is no customer service available to assist with questions or reordering functional cylinders. The product cannot be returned, as the second step of assembly has wooden plugs inserted in the bolt holes which cannot be removed; hence, the box cannot be disassembled. I am very dissatisfied with the product.

This is a very high quality teak storage chest/bench. The teak is beautiful. The wood is well finished and the unit is nicely designed. The product exceeded our expectations. All the parts were clearly marked and fit together well during assembly, everything is in good alignment. The hinges and screws appear to be brass; the lid opener hardware (pistons) work well. We had to redrill just a few of the pilot holes for one of the hinges and drill a few of the screw holes for the lid opener pistons, not a problem. There were extra screws and other parts, which is helpful and appreciated. We would buy more products from this seller because of the high quality and good pricing.I also wanted to add that the customer service is as good as the product, excellent.
