The only place that states that a lid is not included is in the customer review section. Amazon itself, while having a photo of the item with a lid, does not specifically state that the lid is not included. And why in the world is the lid over $20, when the pan itself was less than $15. I've been a frequent Amazon shopper, and Prime member for years, but you really dropped the ball on this one. I will seriously consider looking for alternatives in the future for my purchases.

I had to wait several weeks before I had both the lid and the pan - they must be purchased separately and that means they aren't necessarily shipped at the same time. I purchased this for cold-rising my pizza dough in the fridge. It was surprisingly challenging to find a food-grade pan that was deep enough and wide enough to fit 3-4 dough balls with enough room to rise and a tight fitting lid. This set works well. It's a bit deeper than I need, but it fits nicely on a fridge shelf and the seal keeps the dough from forming a skin.

Just received a freezer and I ordered four of these to hold my meat packages that have been wrapped in food saver packages. The containers are good to 40 below, so no need to worry about container cracking from sever cold.Also note that I have 6 quart round containers holding 5 pound bags of extra flour.... thus far everything working out great. Use the 6 quart for making bread and other things and have had for four or five years....look like brand new.Pleased with products.

I know i have been exhausted and, I ordered quickly. I totally didn't see that the lid didn't come with . I was looking at the pictures. Ridiculous.. My mistake.. order the lid too.

I love my cambro food box!! It’s just the perfect size for mixing up my bread dough - then I proof the dough in the same container. Good sturdy quality!
