I have been very pleased with the security system. System was so easy to install and get set up. The POE Cameras has many options to choose from the main screen, options to human track, zone tracking, time slots for cameras to be on or off. Each camera can have its own schedule. I did have an issue with one of the cameras, contacted support and was quickly rushed a replacement as well as a NVR replacement, Customer support was easy to work with and very responsive to my questions and small issues I had. Since the replacement, I have had no issues and really enjoy the options of being able to view, and talk to someone at the camera. AND it even has a siren.

Quality system. Very easy to setup. Motion detection works great. The wired system qives great connectivity with zero lag. Picture quality is excellent and can see movement easily. Great customer service after the sale.

Easy to install, clear image, and no need to charge. Super convenient. The solar camera works well overall. Clear during the day, decent night vision. Hoping it stays reliable over time.

For the price it’s not bad. Color at night is ok. I’ve seen better, NVR has some issues with the passwords not saving. Mobile app is not great but it’s not bad neither. If you want to watch something that just happened, you gotta wait a couple of minutes after to be able to watch it. I have not really messed too much with the NVR. One thing I hate is the timing of the color at night it would be nice to be able to set it up as you please. Example if it detects someone and you have the smart IR it’ll turn on and go from black and white to color at night but I think it times out after 30 secs then goes back to black and white if the person doesn’t move or if the cameras don’t pick them up because of the distance. The black and white is trash at night, my neighbor has his fence broken into and my cameras picked it up but in black and whit and you couldn’t really see much. The smart color at night turn on, but since the guy was cutting the fence and wasn’t making big movements it didn’t really pick it up. Also color at night turns on this ring light in the cameras which if a car passes by you can see color and model but forget about getting the license plate. It reflects off of it so the whole time it’s just a bright rectangle you can see for the plates

Very easy install. The wires provided were in good condition. I did not have any dead signals. I was a bit skeptical from previous install from another brand, but they work just as intended. Video quality is good and app works fine. Only one issue that occurs from time to time is the random shifting of the camera in the middle of the night and readjusting itself. Maybe it's a ghost moving it. Idk.

Update 2: After some thought and interaction with customer service, I've decided it's best to give this system 1 star and here's why. But to be clear, the cameras when they work are clear and sharp. Storage is fine and access of recorded material is strait forward. I've had no issues with the head unit.1. Cameras: Out of the box, the cameras can only be set to 20fps. No matter what I changed, even direct camera access from the PC, you can only set them to 20fps though they show 25 as a setting. I wanted to go to 28 or 30 to make night time movement more fluid. Nope. Not going to happen2. Dropouts. Access the device/video feeds using my phone, in the house on the same network. I keep getting frozen video or just complete drop outs. This IMO should rate a ZERO. Any camera system that at default settings using THEIR cables should not do this. It even does it on the head unit so it's not any internal network issues.3. Camera control: as mentioned above, the cameras are slow to respond rather on using my phone or the control head. You can tell the camera to pan in any direction and it can take a bit for it to move and when it does, it goes too far or freezes during movement causing a blurred picture.4. Off network access: out of the box, this device does not allow access using your phone unless you are at home, on your home network. There are sittings for port forwarding but this is the first camera system I've owned where I had to make major netowrk adjustments at my router and in their software to access this system away from home.5. Camera direct access: Cameras require FLASHPlayer to view video during direct camera access. So don't expect to see any video when you are trying to make camera changes while directly accessing the Camera(s) using your PC.Though I reached out to customer service, they implied I didn't know how to set up the cameras. Funny thing, you should not have to fiddle with settings to make the cameras stay on HD vs SD resolution. You shouldn't have to ask half dozen times if there are any other 3rd party PTZ dome cameras that work with their system FWIW, I've tried 2 different brands that had the same specs as their cameras and they did not work. They should not be dropping/freezing video out of the box when setup using all their hardware, even at the control head. They have offered me a refund. With all the wires ran in my attic, cameras installed, I rather just call it a lessons learned, leave the cables installed and replace the control head (and cameras) with a newer system.Update: I'm giving this device a 2 stars now. First off, reached out to sales/customer support and inquired about what POE IP dome cameras might work with this system. Crickets. I want to ADD a couple more cameras but want the dome style PTZ POE type. I already tried one camera from Amazon and the system could see it, but no video. Returned.2nd reason. Combo issue, I have been unable to set up the email. It seems there some network settings t hat might have to happen but it's not cut and dry like some other security systems. I tried Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and Outlook with no luck. Another issue which is the cameras fault is, you can't set the frame rates above 20fbs. I wanted smother nighttime recordings but you can't set it above 20 for a more fluid/smoother video. From what I've read, it's a camera thing but seriously, I have a really old (10 years) wired BNC system that lets me go to 35fbs.So thats my update. If I get the 2nd dome unit and it fails to work, I'll be back to drop the review further.Camera system is of good quality. I had no problems setting it up, hooking up the cameras, etc. Phone app, EseeCloud, leaves a little to be desired but if you follow the instructions, it should go well. Cameras follow you however, sometimes, they will get stuck in last known position of the movement/sound unless you have a park spot saved so the camera can return to your desired viewing area. The two problems I should point out is the camera(s) require you to mount them on a vertical surface. Meaning, if you want the camera to be out, away from the side of your structure so it can get a true 280deg view (or 300), you won't be able to unless you buy another bracket (good luck finding one that doesn't make your camera appear it's hanging on for dear life). Another issue is, I've yet to find a 3rd party POE/NVR camera as an add on. I wanted a DOME style camera which mouths directly to the soffit. I did purchase one from Amazon but when it showed up, it would connect to the system but I got NO video. Used a couple different ethernet cables (including the one shipped with my Camcamp system) but nothing worked. I just assumed the camera was broke and returned it. I'm waiting for customer service at Camcamp to respond and recommend a addon. Their cameras quality is find, but installation is restricted to vertical attachment only.The systems' interface on the cheap small LCD monitor I bought is great. Easy to maneuver, does what is needed. My system is set to record 24/7 right now so searching for specific video has not been tested. Once I get all my cameras deployed, I'll set up zones, movement activity, etc.

The system arrived today, everything lights up but I cannot get my display or the phone app to recognize the nvr. Hopefully the response to my requests for help will be addressed promptly. I will provide an update when a successful resolution has been accomplished.Update:Seller tech support responded promptly.My issues are resolved.There are elements of this system that I don’t like but at least it works. There’s a lot to set up and I’ll provide another update once I complete get the system installed.Even with an hdmi capture card I can’t get the system to display on my laptop. Cannot find a way to install CloudEye 365 on my windows laptop.

I bought and installed this cam Dec 2024. now 2 of cams don't work. Can not find the support

Amazing. Took our of box plugged everything in. Works great. Can adjust cameras by push of a button. Finally a company that makes something and it works as it should. I ordered 3 other kits from different companies and none worked. This ine is amazing.
