I have ordered this 2 times and when received there were broken pods in bag and powder leaked into bag on both orders

I love this product but my order came with 1/2 the packets busted up and the product loose in the bag. There was no packing material in the box to prevent movement.

As other reviewers have said, they don't do much for odour. After three day your toilet smells like you never put anything in it! Will be looking elsewhere.

Didn't see or smell this product work. Only time I smelt anything good is when I was taking out of bag. Didn't break down waist paper.

Unfortunately, the best thing about this product is the goofy marketing. Also, the eye roll that I got from my wife. Scent isn't strong or pleasant. By day 4 my trailer started to stink. That hasn't happened before, so it must be this treatment. We even used 3 of these pods. Oh well. Back to bio-packs.
