Happy to get these odd packages of "sawdust" to use with the Cameron stove-top smoker. Nice to have choices, my husband prefers hickory. But since I can't find them anywhere else, will reorder when necessary.

We've been buying this for years. It used to work great with our smoker. This last year they've been showing up more like saw dust which clogs our smoker because it's too fine.

Though we go through a lot of Hickory, the Apple and Alder are sometimes mixed in with them. I've been using this smoker and these chips for about 3 years now. Always a treat.

We own 2 Cameron Smokers and use them primarily for smoking fish. However, we love the various wood chips and use them on our grill as well. Our favorites are the Mesquite and the Hickory but we do play with the other chips particularly the Apple, Oak and the Alder Wood Chips especially when grilling chicken, pork and lamb. Excellent product and very happy to have found them on Amazon.

Been using the Camerons Smoker for years now and really love the brand. These hickory chips work great and give the food I cook with it great flavor. I recommend this as well as their Cherry chips as well

Gave my food a little extra smoke flavor, i put it in some aluminum foil and then on my propane grill.
