We ended up having to contact the company because the zipper broke after the third shake. They did make it right and honored their warranty (don’t forget to submit yours) and shipped a new bag, the zipper is cheap plastic and for the cost it should be metal.

Before first use wipe the inside down with alcohol and/or tumble some old trim through to remove the new smell so it doesn't transfer to your flower.
