First off, excellent product. I bought this frame on sale. Unfortunately, it arrived with the glass cracked in the middle center. I want to exchange it for one that is undamaged. However, I can only return it for a refund. This product is no longer on sale, so the replacement will cost me about $100 more. I’m very disappointed that I can’t just exchange the frame for the price paid.
