The O-Ring of my original sensor had flattened out and so was leaking a small amount of oil. I looked all around for a replacement O-Ring and couldn't find one that wasn't outrageously priced. A helpful Nissan Dealer parts counter worker pointed me to this, with explicitly not vouching for it. But it fit, it works with the car running normally. I've kept the old working sensor in case this one dies in a couple months or something -- in which case I'd still have the new O-ring from this one and could replace the old one. It's a good find.

Well after 24 yrs the OE camshaft sensor got replaced, back to working.
