Product Description

Traild Ridge Rider Rotors
Whether you power through tight turns in the woods, crawl technical lines, carve dunes, or just live in the deepest mud, Traild's Ridge Rider Rotors deliver optimal stopping power and durability in the most demanding off-road situations. UTVs encounter a variety of terrain and braking challenges - dirt and debris trapped in your brakes can drastically reduce the lifespan of pads and rotors. Our brake rotors use the perfect combination of a ridged profile design and solid surface, ensuring peak performance and minimal maintenance.
Drilled and slotted rotors are good for ideal conditions, but UTV drivers see all kinds of conditions where the benefits from a drilled and slotted rotor are never realized and come at the cost of trapping debris and decreasing brake life.
When it comes to conquering diverse terrains with your UTV, Traild understands the challenges you face because we’re out on the trail. That's why we've engineered our Ridge Rider Brake Rotors specifically for UTV enthusiasts who demand superior performance in every environment because you never know where the trail may take you.
Designed for the Challenges of Off-Road Riding
Solid Surface Design
In contrast to drilled or slotted rotors that may inadvertently hold onto debris, the solid surface ensures that mud, sand, and other debris common on the trail are less likely to get trapped in the rotor and prematurely wear out your brakes.
Ridge Profile Design
Ridge cutouts provide a pathway for hot gasses and debris to escape during braking as well as a cleaning leading edge along a portion of the contact surface, preventing buildup that can compromise brake performance. Ridges along the outside profile allow the centrifugal force of the moving rotor to clear, not hold, debris that is common in off-road riding.
Materials
Laser cut from high-quality, heat-treated, 420 stainless steel, Ridge Rider rotors resist warping, ensuring longevity and reliability even in the toughest off-road environments.
Manufacturing
Finished with a non-directional, parallel diamond ground surface, Ridge Rider rotors have exceptional pedal feel in any conditions.

Traild's Brass Brake Pads: Is brass right for my rig?
Why choose a brass pad?
- Extreme Durability: Brass brake pads are the epitome of durability. They are designed to withstand the harshest conditions, making them the top choice for mud enthusiasts and those who frequently ride through challenging, mucky terrain.
- Extended Lifespan: Brass pads outlast other options, reducing the frequency of brake pad replacements and maintenance, a significant benefit for riders who want more time on the trails and less time in the garage.
- Mud Performance: Brass pads maintain their stopping power even in mud holes, ensuring you stay in control when navigating through thick, sticky mud.
Best Suited For:
- Mud Holes: For those who revel in mud-riding adventures, brass brake pads are the ultimate choice. They provide the longevity and consistent performance needed to conquer muddy trails.
- Extreme Off-Roading: If you frequently take your ATV or UTV through extreme off-road conditions, such as deep mud or swampy terrain, brass pads are your best bet.

Traild brass brake pads: designed to provide the ultimate durability for offroad mud & water riding.
Traild brass brake pads utilize a single-piece, CNC machined, brass as a direct fit replacement to traditional brake pads which wear more heavily in the mud.
Brass pads are the best choice for riders that live in the mud and are willing to give up stopping power for prolonged durability. While brass pads are unquestionably more durable and longer lasting than traditional pads, brass is only recommended for riders that spend a significant amount of time in mud, as there are tradeoffs in performance versus a traditional pad:
- Brass pads do not stop as well as our ceramic pads and do not perform well in high heat (high speed, or frequent braking demands)
- Brass pads make more noise
If you crawl or ride trails with occasional mud, our ceramic pad is still your best choice. Those can be found under in our store.
If mud is your life, and high speeds and braking performance is not, Traild Brass brake pads are the upgrade your rig needs.
