I purchased two of these jackets for my nieces. One niece loves hers its the perfect size. My other niece loves her also but can not get it zipped its a little small on her. Color and feel are good.

Description says it will fit a 7-16 year old. My daughter is 13 years old and it barely would fit my neighbors kid who is 6 years old. It’s stupid that I am required to pay for shipping to return a item that is incorrectly described

This is an awesome choice for a a backpack as this jacket can be stored in its small pouch and opens up to a beautiful jacket that does not take up a lot of space. The material quality is pretty good considering how small this thing can actually fold up to. I don't expect this to get you through a winter storm but it will keep you warm on a cold day and for California winters that is enough. Overall I am happy with the selection.
