Made of buoyant and durable soft and non-abrasive closed-cell foam. This versatile swim bar is ideal for all kinds of water-based range-of-motion exercises. We bought this for a recent trip because my 6-year-old who is a bit apprehensive about swimming, uses this in swim lessons and is comfortable with it. It was well worth the purchase and allowed her to play in the pool with us without being perpetually held. Always supervised, of course.

Exactly as described. Works perfectly for our 4 year old. She used them at swimming lessons and wanted to practice the freestyle side breathing and arm strokes, but needs the bar still.

Bought 2 for my kids to learn/practice swim strokes in our pool. Came fully assembled and are of good quality. The red is definitely not red, more of a pinky coral color.

I used this in the pool as a push up work out. Leaned forward with it underwater and flexed my arms in a push up motion. It was easy enough to do in the pool without straining my joints. Used it for stair step motions with each leg too.I’m happy with my purchase and so were my grandkids who used it too to practice kicking.

My daughters swim instructor had something similar so I purchased this. Seems to be better quality than what she had but the bar is a bit shorter. Definitely good for smaller kids. We have a petite 3 year old and it works fantastic. Foam is very durable and dense and bar is padded too. Has held up great so far this summer with quite a bit of use.
