I was so happy to finally receive my new vacuum. Unfortunately, the feature that I wanted the most, the suction, it is way too powerful even when the vent on the handle is open. I can't push to clean the rug. It is too hard. There is no way to regulate the suction even when the only one vent is open. I will have to return it.

I love this vacuum so much. The suction is so great and allows you too adjust the suction based on flooring or carpet. It’s so weightless just strolls behind you. And the cord length is amazing.
