I have BEMIS Special Small Bowl wood toilet seat and lid (TC50TT) provided by JABSCO with my marine toilet. The original plastic hinges became brittle over time. These hinges provided a perfect replacement fit.

Worked perfectly for an old toilet Koehler Rochelle, K-3385. I didn't use the screws which came with the hinges so don't know how they they would have fit. The larger ones look similar to the originals but with smaller (shallower) threads. The lid screws were slightly shorter, and my seat used the same length screws all around. But the hinges themselves seem to work great. The holes matched perfectly. Better getting this for ten bucks than buying a new seat for $150+.

These are nice quality hinges but will only work on the vertical screw pattern hinges, as found on the American Standard toilet seat. Make sure you verify the screw pattern on your toilet seat will match these, if so, then these are a very easy install.

I purchased 2 different versions with the same inline style screw placement (front-to-back rather than side to side) because that's the format of our seat/lid. The other brand (which was cheaper, of course) wasn't the right screw spacing so it would have been offset by about 1/2 hole diameter and could have been an issue.This one fit very well with respect to the screw alignment. It worked very well the first day. Then, inexplicably, it started squeaking whenever the seat or lid were raised. It was about as loud as you could imagine it to be and it persisted. I sprayed some white lithium grease on it (has worked on other plastic hinges in the past) and it did nothing. I tried silicone spray to no avail. Finally, I tried straight WD-40. It didn't even do anything after repeatedly raising and lowering, trying to work the fluid into all the possible crevices. I repeated all the treatments. For 2 days. Multiple times each day. Nothing!Finally, after a couple of weeks and resigning to live the rest of my life being tormented by this horrible haunted house creaking hinge abomination, it started to get better. Just like that, one day, it was only a slight groan at the very end of its travel. Was it truly getting better? Could I finally use the toilet without announcing to the whole house that I was doing so?The short answer is, yes. Yes, I could. After about 2 weeks of enduring this madness, all semblance of creaking, groaning or otherwise was completely gone. Since that day, it hasn't made any noise at all.TL;DR - Bought this and it installed easily as it aligned with the screw holes properly on our American Standard seat/lid. Day 2 came with horrible creaking noise, which eventually went away (after ~2 weeks). Would recommend buying, if the possible squeaking isn't an issue for you.
