Opted for this over cheaper third-party protect lenses. It seems high quality, heavy and durable. The lens cap that came with my camera fits it too, so it's pretty much a transparent way to protect the glass

Very disappointed. It is correctly sized at 49mm, but it is a different thread size. it won't screw tight.

As expected usual Canon Ouality.Why would you use a cheap quality filter in front of quality optics to save a few dollars at this price

This fits my new EF-S 55-250mm F4-5.6 IS STM Lens for my Canon EOS 77D. I was super careful to thread slowly to ensure no cross threading. Good value and just simply protects the lens. Another good value Amazon Basic product
