EDIT: Bringing this down to one star for the horrible customer service. This was for a disabled special needs girl who wanted to learn how to take photos. They sent me a broke camera and then when I sent it back they charged this girl a 200 DOLLAR Restocking fee! That's insane and unethical.The viewfinder on this camera glitched out when I turned it on after taking a couple photos to make sure it was working. It will stay on about 5 minutes but then the viewfinder will glitch, especially once you go into the menu. Once this happens the camera just stops working. I got it to come back on briefly by taking the battery and card out of it and then placing it back into the camera, but only lasted about 5 minutes before glitching out again. Sending it back tomorrow for a refund. Gonna see how fast I get a refund so I can get my daughter another camera that works. I will let yal know how good customer service is and update my review based on that. I do know that cameras can be bad and won't hold seller responsible, but we do need the refund ASAP. Thank you!
