I love this paper. My prints show the strokes of my pastels chalks and sticks and the imprints of my canvases. Yay! The only problem I have is: all the mounting tapes and glues I have will not keep the prints on my mat boards without being anchored by top framing mats. That's a small price to pay for such lovely reproductions, I know, but I don't always want everything under glass. Still, I love this paper and I'm ordering more. Thank you, Canson!

I compared this to the equivalent heavyweight rag/matte papers by Hahnemühle and the Canson renders my digital images with the most fidelity. I'm sticking to this Canson paper for my matte paper needs. I have yet to test-comparison the pearl finish Hahnemühle against Canson

I recently had to hunt for my new "main" fine art inkjet paper since my previous had been discontinued. I went through the usuals; ilford, breathing color, moab, museo, inkpress, epson, etc.. There are many good papers out there, but this paper reeks of quality. Its the right balance of texture and smooth to add that little extra to your image, but also hold exceptional detail. The brand is solid, which isnt always the case with this industry. The Canson infinity website has the information you need and is easy to use. Another Canson product i tried, printmaKing rag, is a absolutely lovely paper with a light texture and that "silky" soft cotton rag feel. But it comes at a hefty price, and is overkill unless you plan on shipping your prints unvarnished. The edition etching rag has a similar texture to the printmaKing rag, but without that cotton rag silky feel, which is unneeded for my intentions since the main texture is emphasized by the varnish i use, but the fine material fibers are covered, so that extra luxury is a waste if varnished. Very happy with this product, full and rich colors. One of the more expensive fine art inkjet papers, sure, but well worth it and quite a bit less than the printmaKing rag. I've happily found my new "main".
