I wanted to order this mainly for an upcoming road trip we have, there will be a couple 10 hour days and our kiddos are 2 and 4, so they’re going to definitely get a little screen time during those days. I’ve used it a few times already to test it out and it seems to do just fine in our Tahoe. I haven’t had any issues with the iPad rattling loose and it seems pretty stable. The kids don’t seem to mention anything about it being “shaky” so I think it’ll do the job

I recently purchased this mount and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance and build quality. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell that attention to detail was a priority in its design. The adjustable arm stands out, offering unparalleled flexibility, which has significantly enhanced the kids in-car entertainment experience. Additionally, the sturdy clamp is a game-changer, providing a secure grip.Durability is another strong suit of this product. Despite limited use so far there doesn't seem to be any issue currently.Overall, the mount has exceeded my expectations in every way. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality car tablet holder.

So depending on the application this is decent. We are using fire tablets and our driver and passenger seats are the main use. It has a good reach and can support Amazon Fire tablets well. It does have a left vs right side limitation and the knobs to tighten in our vehicle are ok, but close to being in the way, This is a great way to solve visibility and sharing of a device for trips, but for the long term it may not be the best option. We shall see how it does. I give this 4 stars. as I was hoping it could be used on different seats with a bit more ease. this device is quite functional and versatile, took me about 7 minutes to wrangle it in to place. It is solid, well built, will work for trips for sure. Great product, just make sure to order based on the swing arm and side of the vehicle it should be used on. We use this in our Toyota Sienna van, and the bar fits reasonably well with little to no obstruction to the driver side, and similar for the passenger. I would buy it again. Our kiddos are able to get it into position with minimal help and complaints. Solid!

Does the job... not very stable or sturdy. The bigger tablets are a bit much for it I was afraid it would fall.

I finally got to actually use this. I purchased it with this trip in mind. The way this fastens to the heqdrest bars is very secure and easy. The hardest part was moving the headrest up. The knobs which secure the holder have padding on both the actual knob and also padding on the portion which fits against the headrest bar to provide a Snug and quite fit no jiggle noise. I like the fact that this has multiple ways it can be adjusted. From side to side, can adust closer if need. This will hold multiple sizes of tables but the concern is it is spring loaded which give has a nice grip but the kids have difficulty putting in the table and removing it themselves. That is th reason for 4 stars. Im sure as the kids get older ythey will beable to adjust it themselves in time. It appears and feels well made. I do like the product and would recommend.

I ordered 3 different tablet holders to try out before a few long road trips this summer, and although I liked one other slightly more than this one, I still think this a great tablet holder. I’ll start with the two things I liked less about this one:- The extending arm is plastic, which makes me a little nervous about long term durability.- The attachment mechanism is slightly more tedious, because you have to screw/unscrew to attach it to your headrest, and in my case I had to adjust the headrest in order to have enough room to screw it on.With that said, only time will tell if this holder’s attachment mechanism will actually outperform due to its slightly more tedious (and likely secure) process. With regard to the plastic extender arm, it still had no problem holding an 11” iPad with a bulky case, and the difference in price would account for the use of plastic, because this one was the least expensive that I had tried. This one actually extended the furthest, which I also really liked.Overall, I would recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable, good quality tablet holder.
