Doesn't come with any instructions. Sort of intuitive to set. Hold finger on the clock icon until the "hour" digits starts to flash. Release finger from the clock icon and lightly tap the clock icon to toggle thru to the desired hour. Minute digits will begin flashing after a delay in tapping. Once again tapping the clock icon toggles to the desired minutes.
