Took the time to install the radio the night I got it just to turn it on and get told you can’t USB or Bluetooth connect to use Apple Car Play you have to have mobile hotspot to “screen mirror” your phone

Bought this Stereo system 11 months ago all of a sudden the sound just stopped, took it to the shop and they said that the radio is bad hooked up another radio to show me that my speakers work can’t seem to contact support to get a replacement the first radio that came in the frame was broken they replaced it and now this radio just stops working out of the blue if I could give no stars I would. SMH
