I’ve had this for 5 months now. Amazing product for what I paid. The apple carplay brings a modern look to an otherwise older car. It’s a seamless fit and the touch response is very receptive. It also made my stick tacoma speakers louder. Installation process is super easy and took a little over an hour. I ended up getting one for my cousin and put it in his tacoma in only 30 mins. The quality of the mic is also good for the most part. Overall 9.5/10 for ease of installation, price, functionality, and the overall quality of the product.

This is my second one installing into a 2007 Tacoma. This one had the longer lower tabs so it snapped into pace for a more snug fit.The connectors are size code so it's easy to figure out which connector goes where. You can also see how many wires are on the connectors to help match them up.The stereo connected right up on Bluetooth and sounds great.Also whoever is song the wiring is a boss. Everything is tidy and done really well

Giving it 4 stars for the return on investment, but there are bugs. Installation was fairly easy once I figured out all the connections and everything more or less works as advertised. Some observations:* The manual is of little help and poorly written. Some of the apps also have grammar/spelling errors and other bugs. (It's made in CHI-NAH after all.)* The 2.4Ghz WiFi connection to my home router was completely unstable. Switching to 5Ghz improved things.* I'm using Android Auto and am fairly new to it. Apparently, BT still needs to be used even when connected via USB cable. The WiFi also shuts off on both the unit and my phone once connected leaving cellular data only. From what I've read this might be normal when using Android Auto?* Figuring out all the apps and settings is not intuitive, and the manual doesn't help (much). Lots of settings have zero description.* The physical buttons on the head unit stopped responding. I'm not sure if that's something I did when playing around with settings but I've no idea how to re-enable them. Hoping a full power cycle might restore functionality. As a last resort there's always factory reset. Fortunately, you can also enable on-screen buttons which I'm using as a workaround. UPDATE: I emailed their support and they instructed me to reprogram the keys under Touch Learning. They're now working again!* Sound quality isn't great and the EQ doesn't seem to have much effect.* The Toyota OEM mounting bracket does not appear to fit this unit.Other than the above, the unit does what was expected (GPS, Android Auto, BT, USB, radio, video, etc.) Not bad for a budget head unit but certainly not perfect. Would have been even better had it supported HD radio.

Terrible item, sent me the radio that does not integrate into steering controls, and also no backup camera. Aside from that the actual radio has terrible time staying connected. Also, the IO is very buggy. The Apple car play is just a spoof from some app called zlink. Also, they don’t include a way to actually use the factory screw holes to hold in the radio, so you depend on clips that you have to remove from the old radio to hope it stays in. Definitely willl look elsewhere for next radio. Called Amazon and they said the company was suppose to reach out, and they never did.

Install was practically a breeze. The only confusion was the external microphone connection. I contacted customer support and they walked me through the process. I searched the back for an input but was at a loss for where it was. Customer service let me know that the 3.5mm jack is located on the wire harness with the RCA connections (that I wasn't using but luckily held onto). Easily popped back out of the dash - and connected it, now the microphone works great whereas before it was relying on the small microphone input on the face of the unit. Reverse camera setup was also pretty straightforward. Going from 2006 to 2025 technology and now seeing what's behind me on a screen is wonderful. Five stars!
