I was planning on replacing a pair of black fabric covered foam inserts that work wonders and keeping small things from falling between front seats and center panels. They work, but this item looks like it would add more storage and I'm always looking for more of that. I removed the old foam pad and inserted the new ones.LIKES: yes they hold cell phones and other small items in an easily accessible out of the way location. Black so they blend with the black color of the center console (& seats). Easy to insert. (the old foam ones required mod effort to stuff them in.DISLIKES: They are made of a hard bendable plastic than changes shape if it has to be squeezed in. Thus opening a narrow space to loose a key, credit card, or parking pass between the inner edge and the center console. That was the original reason for getting the foam inserts. You will loose that small important item into a narrow space that is near impossible to find unless you stop your car, get out and dig around. That happened to me more than once in the past.NEUTRAL. There is an opening for a power cord at the bottom of the device to allow you to plug your cell phone into charge. My charge cord comes out of top of center console and that doesn't work to hide the cord. No harm no foul.SOLUTION: After cleaning the old foam pads, I replaced them deeper and then pushed the plastic holder on top. That way I can still store my cell phone and have a deeper layer of drop protection.FUTURE RECOMMENDATION: Line the outer upper lip of this device with a small rim of neoprene or other durable foam to create a seal to protect from the falling items. (If I get bored and motivated, I might do that myself??? will come back if I do.)RECOMMENDATON: Maybe see above

These are great. Fit great. Shift a tiny bit. But nothing so bad that you can tell. Keeps things from falling in between the seat and car. Holds a lot. Really like them.
