They hold the bags against the back of the seat, preventing jostling and spilling. They cost a fraction of the price of elastic netting, and they work better for my purpose. They haven't let me down in a year and a half of use. I'd give six stars if I could.

I used the hooks to hang up my purse and a garbage bag and they haven’t broken and fit great so would recommend. Look just like the picture and they don’t fall off.

Easy and effective way to keep items from moving around the car or falling on the floor while driving. I use one for my purse and one for my water bottle. I have two in the back to hold grocery bags (perfect to hold the bag with eggs in it), my hat and hoodie, and more.
