Construction is NOT metal as some reviews have said, but a thick durable plastic. Not perfect for my application, but close enough for the price. Seem quite durable, I'm able to hang my heavy backpack from a single hook with minimal deflection. Reshaped two with a heat gun to better meet my needs and they still appear original. Retention clip is a welcome feature.

as a mother of four these are amazing way to keep those backpacks off the ground! i love that they click- weve tried regular hooks but they were always falling off with their backpacks. also a great price!!!

These were perfect! I travel all the time to see my family and I usually have to put my snacks in the floor, because my dog sits in the passenger's seat. I put these in and now our snacks are available in seconds instead of finding a place to pull over and grab them then get back on the road again. Even when they are not being used, they are easy to swivel out of the way.

I like that these hooks snap onto the headrest and is easily movable as needed. These steel hooks work best with a slightly heavy bag or whatever you need to hook and keep from spilling over.

My wife bought this product for her new car. Once I saw them and how useful they were, I immediately ordered some for my vehicle. I love this product, well designed, useful and not too expensive. I highly recommend this product if your vehicle has headrests that can be raised to accommodate these hooks. They are very convenient to keep plastic bags of purchases from spewing 'stuff' all over your vehicle when you need to drive defensively and avoid an accident.
