This replaced my original gear shift cover in a 2002 Toyota Echo. Looks great.Steps to install: 1. Remove the gearshift knob. 2. Remove the screw from the cupholder at the rear of the bezel near the backseat, the front pop loose, then you can slide it out. 3. Remove the old gearshift cover and remove/cut out the oval ring as it is necessary to hold the new one in place. 4. Install the new one with the old metal oval ring and replace the bezel putting the screw back in the cup holder.

I used this on a 3000GT shifter, and had to modify the securing ring a little to make it fit. If that falls off I'm going to use some contact cement to secure it more firmly.This cleaned up my interior and now I don't have a big hole aroud my shifter.
