Quality is really bad. Device struggles to connect with Bluetooth device. When it does connect, it often doesn’t play music and just sits there. When it plays music, it sounds terrible. I can’t get anyone to help troubleshoot so customer service is bad too

Installed on a 2008 Chevy Silverado. Fit in fine although the instructions recommended the wrong setup. I have stock speakers and it sounds alright. Painless and quick. Big fan of having physical buttons even with a touchscreen.The screen is awful in sunlight, even maxing out the brightness it can be difficult to make out as it is very reflective. Play/pause is the right knob click which isn't labeled but helps not having to read the screen.(If you install this and you need to set the speed to MPH, my factory settings menu unlocked with code 000000.)

Only giving 4 stars because the volume is loud even at the lowest level and screen goes blank and music stops playing when I put it in reverse because it’s looking for a backup camera. Also the seat belt dinging and turn signal noise doesn’t go off in my truck anymore which is fine with me, I actually like it. Fits and looks great I like how it’s mirrors my iPhone so I can use Spotify and google maps, I can answer texts and other stuff like that too. Installation was easy I plugged the black factory connector to the one on the radio and it worked great. Leave the purple one unplugged otherwise it won’t play music out of the speakers. I have the Bose factory system so it might be different with a lower model vehicle.

I was having trouble getting the back speakers to work, but turns out I just had to connect two small cables where the rest of the other small colored cables were attached together and so now they work. I was also able to connect a back camera and it works so perfectly! Easy of instillation, just plug in the loose ends and then connect the other smaller cables and boom, it started working. Apple car play works great! I’m able to use my iPhone to use the map, or Apple Music without needing the radio itself to have access to WiFi since my phone uses cellular data. I’m so happy with the product. Would definitely buy again.
