Works well in our Hyundai Palisade. We have it on the floor in the second row and it does seem to stay in place there. The straps are not long enough to reach to the pass through of our center console so I just purchased some strap extensions to lengthen them. That's just for a little added security. They are certainly long enough if you wanted to hang it from the head rest posts.

These trash cans also are wonderful to pack food into or cold things since they are insulated to keep your groceries cold till you get home and can put them away. I really like them! They're a great value for the price too.
