I already had one of these but thought this was a bit different as the price had dropped from an already good £7.99 to just £5.99. Wanted a second so that, occasionally, devices could remain on charge, hidden out of site in the boot where the lighter socket is permanently on. This device is in fact identical in every way. Perhaps the price has dropped due to the absence of a USB-C port making it less desirable to some people.This car charger with 2 USB outputs and voltage display looks good. I couldn't decide if the body was some sort of metal-look hard plastic or metal, but the website says it is zinc alloy, so presumably is.The 36W output is split between the 2 outputs, each with a maximum of 18W at 9V or 12V and 15W at 5V. The fast charging works correctly.The website says it "automatically stops charging when the battery of your device is fully charged" but it does not turn off, like a couple of power banks I have do, the device simply stops accepting any more charge as is the case with every charger I've ever had. When my phone was full, according to a USB power monitor it continued to provide 9.07V but at 0.00A. Perfectly normal.The absence of a USB-C output socket is not a problem in my view, though some people might prefer that it had one of each.Having the vehicle voltage display is potentially useful and a nice feature.There is no fuse built into the plug but the website states that "an intelligent chipset provides over-current, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection" though I think that probably relates to the output rather than the input.Included is a 1 metre long USB-A to USB-C charging lead which also does data - can view contents of my Samsung phone when used to connect it to PC. USB-A plug is standard 4-pin, not USB3.At £5.99 this is very good value and I'd happily recommend.

got this a few weeks ago as my old charger is okish , but takes its time.packaging was neat and compact with the charger and a cable in the packet.On fitting into a gold MK4 TDI - the fit of the charger was guite snug - had a give a little push tbh.initially the phone on connecting said that it was slow charging , but actually it was not. charged 5% in a few mins, but that was 75% to 80%. At the top end of charge it will take a longer, which i know.Display was useful.It will be interesting to see how fast it charges from a near flat phone which i intend to do on my next semi long distance travel.For the price , i think it is good value for money.I would definately buy again

It provides fast charging for my S23 Ultra, which is fantastic for keeping my phone powered up on the go.The only downside is that the charger has two USB ports, which isn't as helpful for the S23 Ultra since the cable that comes with the phone has Type C connectors on both ends. However, they do include a Type C to USB cable in the package, which solves this issue.In future editions, it might pay to have one USB port and one Type C port for added convenience.Overall, the charger is convenient and effective, offering fast charging capabilities and ensuring my phone is always ready when I need it. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable car charger!

My brother-in-law has just bought his very first car, and this set proved to be an excellent starter pack for him, paired with a sturdy phone holder. The adapter works perfectly, it comes with a cable that is a comfortable length for his car and fits his Samsung phone. The product supplies a steady and fast charge, takes up very little space, and the LED lights make it very easy to use it even after sunset. The safety measures built into the device give peace of mind to the user. Overall, it is a good quality product and great value for the price.

It seems quite light but fits in snug and charges well. Have had no problem even when charging 2 devices at once. To note is has 2 usb A sockets, no type C.
