Originally I bought an aftermarket satin black fuel door for the Challenger, but because of the low price, it obviously faded within a few months. I was looking for a way to keep the black look to contrast my white car, and I cam upon this product. I was hesitant at first because I wanted the letters to say “fuel” in maybe a silver color, but once I installed it, the carbon fiber look and engraved letters grew on me. Best bang for your buck if you are looking to get rid of (outdated in my opinion) chrome.

Item looks great! This is not one where you have to take your original gas cap off rather just place the carbon fiber pieces on top. Comes with plenty of tape on the back so the stick is well and it holds on.My only issue was an issue i made when placing the round piece where I didn’t line it up exactly so it’s off by a bit. When I open the gas cap it’s a little tight bc the pieces rub together but it’s not an issue when it’s closed.Overall great product, just make sure you double check your placement
