Installed this on a John Deere 216 with the Kohler k341 engine on it. First issue was that the elbow wouldn't even thread into the manufactured hole... no biggie.. I just threw a pipe tap into it (upside-down of course so I wouldn't get shavings into the body) fixed fine... then I install it and the tuning is WAY off. Tractor wont even start. Had to play guess and check for several hours before finally getting something. Once I finally got it tuned, I could never get it to run effectively under load. Would continuously make the engine sputter... Finally I just replaced this junk carb with a better quality one, and all the issues went away.... What a waste of time and money! DON'T BUY THIS!

Replacement carburetor for a Cub Cadet 1450. Had to drill the hole out bigger for the choke linkage but that was no biggie. Put the carb on and hooked everything up and fired right up with no adjustments needed. Runs great!

Choke lever is stamped on shaft 180 degrees off.Other than using my original shaft, good part for the money.

My K341 has not idled correctly for a year, put this on and did not even have to adjust it, runs and idles great...very good carb at a bargain price.

Used on an old walk behind mower with a kohler and it fit exactly as the old carb did that came off.

Title says it all. Only thing I had to do was drill out the choke linkage holes to a little bit larger size. Started up great and runs better than it has in a long time. Price sure beats OEM.
