Product fits tight to the carb and engine but had to drill out the bolt openings because they were smaller than the factory bolts. It drilled easy but slow as anyone knows when drilling metal molded to rubber you don't want it to heat up too much. All in all I'm happy and it works perfectly!

boot has to have the mounting holes drilled out to fit. Carb does fit but it's a chore to get in there. Wouldn't buy another one.

94 trail boss 250. Mounting holes were to small. Easy to open up though.

Installed and it tore or cracked right at the casting seam after removing the carb once... not sure if it was a bad batch or what... but now I've gotta order another one and wait till I can ride

This worked perfectly to interface a 28mm Keihin carb to my 1989 Trail Boss. The spacing for the mounting bolts was correct but their diameter a little undersized. I easily drilled them out to 5/16 and then it fit as needed.

It can work. Like another reviewer stated, the mounting holes are too small and need to be drilled bigger. This is easy to do, as the mounting plate is aluminum. Drill them up to 5/16" and you're good to go. Also of note, the hole for the carburetor is VERY tight. I'm wondering if this is even the correct part for the application. My application is a 1992 Polaris Big Boss 250cc 6X6.Update: Lasted a little over 2 years and is now cracked up really bad. Thinking of getting one from Quad Logic. Those are supposed to be good, but 3x the price.
