Simple installation. Make sure you prime this power steering pump before starting your vehicle. If you dont it will burn the pump out.

I would’ve given this a five star review because the part is good. I sent the core (part I was replacing) back and should’ve received a $11 refund but never did. I have since read in other reviews that other people didn’t receive their core charge back.

This pump installed easily and worked great. Only three stars for two reasons.1) the car went belly up about two weeks after it was installed (but not from a problem with the pump) so I don't know how reliable it is in terms of longevity. 2) There was an advertised rebate. I signed up for it and sent in the core about 4 weeks ago and have not received any word they received it, if there was a problem, or what. Mine did come with the two O-rings needed for the line hookups.

This reman unit appeared very well reconditioned, fit perfectly & @ a good price. Replaced a leaking unit on a 97 Accord and is the economical choice rather than replacing just the leaking seal, considering time and effort. Also, DIY rebuilding a component often uncovers unforeseen flaws/wear/cracks/etc. in what you are rebuilding, hence the justification in higher initial cost but savings in time/effort.
