Took a long time to get. And then didn't work, at least the replacement only took a week and did work.Still waiting to see if I got charged twice

I was having major issues keeping the carb running smooth, so I got out the timing light. The timing was off so I corrected it. Now when I shut off the key It would want to keep running. I looked at the Vacuum control and found that it was no longer working correctly. I started to look for a Vacuum control "not so easy" well next to impossible, You would have to get the whole distributor to get one. At first I was not vary happy about this, But when I looked at my original one, it was ugly in side. 26 year old parts were rusty and needed a deep cleaning. So it was a good thing that I come across a affordable Re-manufactured part. Well when I received the distributor it had been well packed in the box. Installed it, got the timing back, adjusted the carb and the motor runs great again. I thought back about how long I was having the issues. At least 2 years, what a pain.
