This transfer case motor worked great for about nine months, then failed suddenly (right in the middle of the South Dakota winter, too!) Usually Cardone has decent re-manufactured items, but not this time. THE WORST PART IS THERE'S NO WARRANTY! If I had bought this through a local parts store it would have had at least a one year warranty. Cardone won't honor the warranty because it has to be done through the place you purchased it from, and Amazon won't take it back because it's been too long. So, needless to say I'm UNHAPPY. Save yourself a ton of headache and buy this through your local parts store, even if it's a few bucks more. Or just buy the Chinese knock-off for half the price that works just as well and has the same warranty (none).
