Very pleased with this product! Due to my rear lights becoming non-operational in my 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis, I concluded the the lighting control module (same as body control module in my vehicle) was the likely reason. Having researched options for a purchase, I ordered a from the Amazon Warehouse at a price which was well below alternatives offered by large automotive parts retail locations. Unlike most sellers, the Warehouse didn't require a core deposit nor a return of my defective module. The module arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. Installation required about 15 minutes and was relatively simple.
