I purchased this window motor in January of 2016 and the gars are stripped and the unit is not working in March (2 months later) i have replaced it now and checked to make sure that it was installed properly. The gears inside are grinding. You will not notice that there is a warranty clause highlighted in the warranty side until you see that it is too late."Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of theproduct, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Pleasereview the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions."This motor is garbage.
