Arms are so short! I love Natori nightgowns for their feel against the skin, so I was looking forward to this top. The fabric was comfy, as expected, but he zippers were a little irritating on my arms, and even more so at the tops of my shoulders. Other similar IV tops I've noticed have an inner lining to keep the zipper from touching your skin.Still, I probably would have kept it, except the arms are so short! When I get IVs, my hands always get cold. This was one of the reasons for getting a top with zippers - so I could get the IV in there, close up and keep my hands and wrists warm. The body of the XL is certainly roomy, but the the arms...not so much.I could almost consider buying, say, the black and making the zipper sleeves a fashion statement/cooling off method, but not quite.I'm 5' 7" and 135lbs. Here's how it fits on me.

Starting dialysis soon so bought this shirt since I understand it can be very cold during the process. Hope to buy more. Wish they were a little cheaper. Shirt fits well and feels very soft and warm.

The nicest dialysis shirt I've seen. Hate looking like a slob in a sweatshi. I could wear this top anywhere.

Purchased this in two colors for my mom who is undergoing cancer treatment. They are very soft and keep her warm during chemotherapy. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the weight of the shirt and the very easy access to my PICC line. My docs want to know where I got it so they can tell other patients. Great shirt!

The sizing is way off. The XL pretty much fit like a medium. I would def order up a size. Very disappointing especially since the shirt is already $50. Will be returning.
