I use these in my restaurant business and I have for years. I like this type because they have "fingers" and is not a oven mitt. It allows me to grab things easier at work. They are heat resistant and we keep a pair by our oven all the time to take out hot pans. Works great and they last a good while.

They were great at the beginning but they delaminate at the webbing where the thumb meets the index finger. Happened on first pair in 2 months and on second pair on both hands, same place in about the same time. San Jamar does not stand behind the product and Amazon will do nothing even though it happened on first purchased pair and on replacement pair, proving the gloves are defective. And they were only used for about 30 minutes, 4 days a week. I've changed my 5 star to one (1) star, less if I could do it. Do Not Purchase.
