Made of soft rubber but slightly shorter then OEM boots. Barely stay in place, just big enough.

The guide pin boots reduces the braking noise. I did not notice any issues so far.I retained the old front caliper pin boots. They looked better. These are slightly smaller but still fit the calipers. These are exact fits. I do not see any issue with the boots but I did not use them.

The guide pin boots are too short when compared to the originals on my 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX wagon. Had I put them on they'd most likely pop off once the caliper would compress and I refused to risk a grease leak onto my pads for obvious safety reasons. I did also compare them with the original removed to ensure it was too short. The rubber pin ends did fit fine though.

These new rubber boots and rubber bushing for the guide pin worked fine. However, the rubber boots were a tad shorter when compared to the oem boots and took a little extra finangling to get it over the guide pin. Once on, they seem to work fine.

Installed on Raybestos H15165 pins. Soft and work well. Sadly got rid of the car not long after installing new brakes

These are slightly different than OEM but the jury's still out on which ones are better. The difference is so subtle that even if they don't last as long...it could be for reasons other than their design.
