The picture shows the piece with the light mounting studs on it. Mine did not come with the studs to mount the lights. The only reason why i bought this is because my studs broke off and i had to zip tie my lights in place.

The only things we noticed that brought the rating down is it is made of a lighter material and that it should have came with the plastic rivits.

Can't complain too much for the price ... BUTI had to melt some holes out with a hot nail and in some places hot nail a whole new hole next to the one that was prefab.Yes, this WAS the correct item for the car. The first one I bought off Ebay and it was more flimsy than this one and also arrived broken in 3 places.This one was stronger in construction but did not fit quite right because of improper mounting holes. All were drill/pre-fabricated 1/2 inch to the passengers side of the vehicle.I Made it work instead of returning because my customer did not want to wait ANOTHER week for yet ANOTHER part.This item is made in Taiwan
